If you are looking for a great vegan restaurant head to Anastasia! Yiftach Bareket, veteren vegan chef, opened this first entirely vegan cafe in the centre of Tel Aviv. Somehow at Anastasia all those super-foods which are supposedly very healthy for us (chia seeds, spirulina, acai) actually taste good!!

They serve innovative breakfast options, tasty salads and sandwiches, as well as impressive hot dishes. The vine leaves topped with spirulina and tahini dressing was a definite favourite of ours! At Anastasia they make their own soy, almond and rice milk, also delicious shakes packed with green goodness. They also serve amazing and guilt-free raw deserts! The decor inside the cafe is very simplistic and there is a street-side wooden balcony. There is a small shop inside where they sell healthy super-foods, vegan pastries, and other healthy goodies.
