Jericho

Jericho has quickly become our go-to summer spot. Seriously, I think between us we’ve been about ten times already.

The chefs of the classic Santa Katarina and the upscale Popina joined forces to birth this trendy Yafo gem. The large menu ensures that every member of the party will be satisfied: the vegan, the carnivore, the adventurous, and the bore. It’s difficult to choose favourites, but if we had to we’d recommend the fish tartar burghul ball, the beef bruschetta, the chicken confit , and the most delicious chocolate mousse.

As if you needed more convincing, the setting is the highlight of the experience. The large outdoor seating area is planted in the centre of a gorgeous and quiet plaza in Yafo’s Greek Market. We definitely recommend reserving a table outside, although the inside restaurant provides a more energetic feel, especially if you’re two people sitting on the bar.

Overall, we think this treasure is here to stay, but go see for yourselves!
